Terms of Service
These notices apply to the GuwinUS Identity service operated by Guwin Universal Services LLC. Specialized services, including Crypto, Mail and other platforms, may have additional terms and privacy notices.
Accounts and permitted use
Keep your credentials confidential, use accurate registration details and follow applicable laws. You are responsible for activity performed through your account until reported compromised, subject to applicable law.
Security and availability
We may limit or suspend accounts to address abuse, suspected compromise, security incidents or lawful requirements. Availability and feature sets may change with advance notice where required.
Applications and organizations
Independent applications have their own products and obligations. Organization administrators control membership and app-level permissions as authorized. GuwinUS Identity authenticates users but does not grant automatic privileges inside connected services.
Content and prohibited use
Do not interfere with service operation, attempt unauthorized access, impersonate others, abuse API rate limits or misuse another person’s information.
Warranty and liability
Services are provided under the terms of applicable written agreements and mandatory consumer law. Any limitations of liability, dispute provisions and service-level commitments must be reviewed and approved before these terms become binding.
Applicable law
Except where mandatory local law requires otherwise, the laws of the State of Georgia, United States, will apply, subject to the final approved agreement.
